- As soon as you receive a booking, reach out to your customer via your Dashboard, and confirm details such as arrival time, shot list, lighting situation, etc. Make sure to tell them that you're excited about covering their event, and provide your contact information.
- If the lighting situation is indoors, or dark, make sure you have appropriate flash equipment. If you are concerned you do not own the right equiptment, please contact us at email@example.com.
